Gremlin's Custom Baits

Hello “Fish The Weedline”

A little about me and how I started tying bucktails.

I've been an avid fisherman my whole life and can thank my father that.

I grew up shore fishing for rainbow and fishing the creek in my home town.

Fishing was a daily event and rode my bike 20km to Murray Canal to fish daily, every week..

As I got older, I was lucky enough to have a few uncles that had boats.

I was never a fan of jigging bucktails, but I soon had to learn, since I was getting out fished, trip after trip.

That's when it all started about 21 years ago.

I can thank my uncle as he has been tying forever. He has always shown & taught me “tricks of the trade”.

Finding a premium hook with a jig I liked, was pretty hard, so I started pouring my own jigs 5 about years ago.

After few years, I found that I was giving away and tying jigs for friends and family.

In turn what happened was I was tying jigs for friends of friends.

This is when I knew it was time to make them available to the general public.

So two years ago I started Gremlin's Custom Baits.

Gremlin's Custom Bait, now creates, weight forward spinners, marabou jigs, 10lb cannon balls, worm harness’ and Christmas tree/ gang trolls.

Coming soon , this Spring 2017, Bucktail Muskie spinners will be available.
